- The goal here at the hippie thread is to get your goodies to your door step as soon as possible!
- Once your order is placed & confirmed, I plan to ship out within 2-3 business days.
- If you purchased an item for local pick up, it must be picked up within 48 hours from when you give your payment.
- Standard shipping rate of $9.00. If you live in California, shipping cost will be $11.00. At this time, I only ship within the US.
- FREE shipping for orders placed at $100 or more.
- We are not responsible for invalid information given by the customer and any addiitional shipping fees do to this will be the customer's responsibility.
return policy
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation date (FOR IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS). The original shipping fees are non- refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- All items must be returned in NEW condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of oder & pet hair, no make up/deoderant/food stains in order to be eligible for store credit.
- All accessories and SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not covered under the return guidelines.
- We try our best to fullfill orders as quickly as possible. So we cannot cancel orders after they are placed. We reccommend to follow the return guidelines if needed.
- If your item comes damaged, please send us an email with photos within 3 business days to thehippiethread@gmail.com. We will then assist you further.
